All or Nothing with the Unaspected Planet
Since an unaspected planet has no contact with other planets, this means that this energy can go in any direction, and cannot always be coordinated. Planets can influence the energy of another planet through aspects, twist it, even possibly funnel it, or else stimulate it. However, with aspects there is always a situation in which the planets have to take one another into account, as it were. With an unintegrated planet, this isn’t the case, and this is why such a planet can express itself extremely one minute and be completely absent the next, which is actually the other extreme.
Insecurity and the Unaspected Planet
Another hallmark of unaspected planets is that they are often accompanied by feelings of insecurity. This insecurity is connected to a number of things. In the first place, the idea of “being in search of”, that often expresses itself in a kind of restless feeling I sometimes try to describe as a feeling of “hunger”, or “yearning”, or “being unfulfilled” in the area of that planet. A longing too, but for what we don’t know. It can’t be described; it’s diffuse and vague, and we can’t really make anybody see what it’s all about. Even if we have everything our hearts desire, this feeling can still be there. So it has absolutely nothing to do with external circumstances or with whatever we’ve achieved in life.
An unaspected Moon, for instance, can have a deep longing for security and a profound need for warmth, and even run the risk of not seeing the warmth that is there (but this is not on purpose!) because of a gnawing feeling that overrides it.
